📌 Booking & Deposit Policy – Board Friends Events
Customers must check the appointment calendar or contact a Board Friends specialist to confirm availability for event dates or request any special options or equipment.
A Board Friends associate will reach out within 48hrs if there are any issues with your order, additional questions, or if rescheduling is required. In such cases, customers may be rescheduled or issued a refund.
Customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total order before the date is locked into the calendar.
If Board Friends is unable to fulfill your order, customers will receive a full refund.
For all other cancellations, changes, or circumstances outside of our control (“acts of God”), the 25% deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date.
