Please read before purchasing a ticket or booking a private event.

📸 Photography & Video Policy

All Board Friends Events are professionally photographed and/or filmed. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you consent to being photographed and recorded.

Board Friends Events retains full rights to all photography and video captured at our events. This media may be used, without compensation or further notice, on:

  • Our website, including the gallery and event pages
  • Social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
  • Press and media coverage

We understand that not everyone loves every photo of themselves. If a specific photo of you has been posted and you would like it removed, please email us at contact@boardfriendsevents.com with a description of the image. We will review each request and make reasonable efforts to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee removal of all requested content, particularly group photos or content already distributed.

If you do not wish to be photographed at all, please let a member of our team know upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request during the event.

🎟 Tickets & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if Board Friends Events cancels the event.

Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee's name and contact information.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date listed. They cannot be applied to a different event.

In the event Board Friends Events must cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, emergency), ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date.

👗 Dress Code

Each Board Friends Events experience has a specific dress code listed on the event page. Dress codes are part of the immersive experience and we take them seriously.

Guests who arrive not following the stated dress code may be refused entry at the door without a refund. When in doubt, dress up.

🥂 Age Requirements & Guest Conduct

Events featuring alcohol are strictly for guests 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID will be checked at the door.

Board Friends Events is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all guests. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or makes other guests uncomfortable, without a refund.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Board Friends Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

By attending a Board Friends Events experience, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to activities such as axe throwing, painting, and any physical activities offered at the event.

Board Friends Events, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your attendance or participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Guests are responsible for informing our team of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

🌹 Private Events & Catering

Private event and catering bookings are subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, pricing, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms. A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm any private booking.

Private event cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event date may forfeit the deposit. Full terms are provided in your booking agreement.

🔒 Privacy

We collect your name, email, and phone number when you purchase a ticket or submit a form on our website. This information is used solely to communicate with you about your purchase, event details, and Board Friends Events updates.

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link in any email we send.
