1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a ticket to or attending any Board Friends Events experience, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Board Friends Events reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

Public events hosted by Board Friends Events are open to all adults unless otherwise specified in the event listing. Board Friends Events reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates the community conduct guidelines below.

3. Ticket purchases

All ticket purchases are made through our online ticketing platform. Purchasing a ticket confirms your agreement to these terms.

4. Cancellations & refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by attendees, regardless of timing or circumstance. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Ticket transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee. To do so, email contact@boardfriendsevents.com with the replacement attendee's full name and contact information at least 24 hours before the event start time.

Host cancellations: Board Friends Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a host-initiated cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or may elect to transfer their ticket to a future event.

5. Photography & media

By attending a Board Friends Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for use in our marketing materials, social media, and website. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please notify our host at the start of the event.

6. Community conduct

Board Friends Events is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming experience for all attendees. The following behaviors will result in immediate removal without refund:

• → Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct toward any guest or staff
• → Intoxication beyond a reasonable level
• → Any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of other guests

7. Dietary & allergy disclaimer

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies communicated at the time of booking, Board Friends Events cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please notify us in advance of any severe allergies.

8. Limitation of liability

Board Friends Events is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at or related to our events, except where caused by our gross negligence. Attendees participate at their own risk.
