About our events
What is Board Friends Events?
Board Friends Events is a luxury charcuterie social event company based in Dallas-Fort Worth. We host intimate, curated gatherings of 15–40 guests featuring chef-crafted grazing tables, live entertainment, themed experiences, and real connection. We also offer private event hosting, bachelorette parties, corporate events, grazing carts, individual charcuterie boxes, breakfast bar carts, and dessert carts across the entire DFW metroplex.
Where do events take place?
Our public events are hosted at curated venues across Dallas-Fort Worth — including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Colleyville, Grapevine, and Irving. The exact venue address is shared with confirmed ticket holders before the event. Private bookings and catering are available throughout all of DFW.
How many people attend?
Our public social events are kept intentionally intimate at 15–40 guests. This is by design — small enough that you actually meet and remember the people around you, large enough to create real energy in the room. You will not get lost in a crowd. Private events and catering can accommodate larger groups.
How is this different from a regular night out?
Every detail — the intimate guest count, the curated food, the themed entertainment, the activities — is chosen to make it easy to actually meet and talk to people. Guests consistently leave with new friendships, not just a fun memory. It is a curated social experience designed for connection, not just attendance.
Are the events adults only?
Most public events are designed for adults 21 and over as they feature cocktails and an evening social atmosphere. The age requirement for each event is listed on the event page. Private events can be customized for mixed-age groups upon request.
Tickets & pricing
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available directly on our website at boardfriendsevents.com/events.html. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a calendar invite immediately after purchase.
What is included in the ticket price?
All tickets are all-inclusive — the themed experience, curated food and grazing tables, cocktails or beverages, entertainment, and activities. There are no hidden fees or add-ons required to enjoy the full event. Each event page lists exactly what is included.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if Board Friends Events cancels the event. Tickets may be transferred to another person — email us at contact@boardfriendsevents.com at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee's name and contact information.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes — we occasionally release discount codes for early access and friends of the community. Follow us on Instagram @dallas_bfevents to be first to know when codes drop. Only one discount code can be applied per ticket purchase.
Dress code & experience
Is there a dress code?
Yes — each event has its own themed dress code listed on the event page. Dress codes are an important part of the immersive experience. For example, Velvet & Violins requires Luxury Attire in Black, Gold and White only. Saffron & Silks encourages Sarees, Lehengas, and vibrant soirée attire. Guests who do not follow the dress code may be turned away at the door.
What can I expect when I arrive?
From the moment you walk in, the experience is fully set — themed décor, curated food and grazing tables, entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to make it easy to connect with other guests. You do not need to know anyone to have an amazing time. Most guests arrive alone or with one friend and leave with several new ones.
What kind of food and drinks are served?
Every Board Friends event features luxury charcuterie and grazing boards — curated selections of artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, crackers, spreads, and more. Cocktails and beverages are themed to the event. Specific menus are listed on each event page. All food is included in the ticket price.

Can I book a private event or bachelorette party?
Absolutely. We specialize in private bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, girls' night experiences, and social gatherings across DFW. We bring the full Board Friends experience — grazing tables, themed décor, entertainment, and hosting — to your chosen venue. Request a custom quote here.
Do you offer grazing tables for events in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Yes. We offer styled grazing tables, grazing carts, individual charcuterie boxes, breakfast bar carts, and dessert carts for private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and parties throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, and the surrounding DFW area. Do you cater corporate events in Dallas-Fort Worth?

How far in advance should I book a private event?
We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your event date to ensure availability. Popular dates — especially weekends and holidays — book quickly. The sooner you reach out, the better. Contact us at boardfriendsevents.com/contact.html to get started.
