Our public events are open to all adults looking to make genuine connections and enjoy a curated social experience. All backgrounds, orientations, abilities, and walks of life are welcome and celebrated. If you have any questions, just reach out.

Absolutely — and in fact most of our guests do. Coming alone is encouraged; the whole point is to meet new people. Our host is intentional about making sure no one stands in a corner feeling awkward. You'll be welcomed from the moment you walk in.

Yes! Just make sure your friend books their own ticket since spots are limited. Coming with a friend is great, but we do encourage mixing and meeting others beyond your group during the event.

Dress code is flexible — "elevated casual" is a good starting point. Think: what you'd wear to a nice dinner out. Some themed events have optional suggested attire, which we'll share when you book. Nothing is required unless specified.

There is no set minimum age for Board Friends Events, though most of our events serve alcohol, so valid ID will be required for alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic options are always available. Certain events are designated adults-only — that will be noted clearly in the event listing.

Every ticket includes the full grazing spread or food experience, themed activities, the hosted experience, and any materials needed for the event's activity. Whether drinks are included depends on the specific event — check the event listing for full details.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for attendee cancellations, regardless of timing. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee — email us at contact@boardfriendsevents.com with the new attendee's name and contact info at least 24 hours before the event.

Refunds are only issued if Board Friends Events cancels the event. In that case, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our ticketing platform. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.

Our pricing reflects the full, all-inclusive value of what Board Friends Events delivers — a team of 5 (host + 4 staff), live entertainment where applicable, full grazing tables, beverages, desserts, themed décor, and a completely hosted experience. Competitors in DFW charge $38–$95 per person for food alone with no hosting. Our pricing reflects everything included in your ticket.

We cap every event at 10–20 guests. This is intentional — small groups make real conversations happen. You won't be lost in a crowd or shouting over music.

Events rotate across Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas including Arlington, Frisco, and Plano. The exact venue address is shared after you book — this keeps the experience a little special and also protects venue privacy until confirmed.

Yes — we can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies. Please note that dietary accommodations may carry an additional cost, and you must notify us at least one week before the event. The more specific you are, the better.

We try to get everyone started together, so arriving within 15 minutes of the start time is ideal. If you're running late, shoot us a text at (682) 540-3527 and we'll hold a spot.

Some events include alcohol and some don't — it's noted in each event listing. Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available. You'll never feel out of place either way.
